RECENT EXPERIENCES
Arst Avocats provided advice to a client in the creation of a national network of fast food franchises.
As part of its activity of assisting young dynamic companies in the launch and organization of their business, Arst Avocats has been assisting a young, highly successful theme-based fast food franchise for several months now, for the purpose of building up its national network of franchisees.
Arst Avocats has been involved in the preparation of the required contractual documentation (pre-contractual information document, franchise agreement) and conducts follow-ups with its client in the network’s growth operations.

Real Estate Law
Arst Avocats advises its clients in the following matters:

Business Law

It assists and represents its clients, whether employers or employees, by intervening in both advisory and litigation matters before the employment courts (Tribunal judiciaire employment division).
