RECENT EXPERIENCES


 

Arst Avocats provided advice to a client in the creation of a national network of fast food franchises.

As part of its activity of assisting young dynamic companies in the launch and organization of their business, Arst Avocats has been assisting a young, highly successful theme-based fast food franchise for several months now, for the purpose of building up its national network of franchisees.

Arst Avocats has been involved in the preparation of the required contractual documentation (pre-contractual information document, franchise agreement) and conducts follow-ups with its client in the network’s growth operations.

Real Estate Law

Business Law

Arst Avocats advises its clients in the following matters related to business law:

  • Advice on the regulations applicable to the client. Dealing with a wide range of issues relating to Contract Law (contract law or special contract law and contractual or tortious liability) and intervenes at the various stages (negotiation, conclusion, execution and termination) of the contractual relationship between the company and its partners or clients;
