Arst Avocats is pleased to announce the arrival of Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen as a partner in its Neuilly-sur-Seine office. He will be in charge of the tax department and in particular the development of international taxation (Franco-German taxation).
Before joining Arst Avocats, Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen began his career with major international law firms (Shearman & Sterling San Francisco, Mayer Brown Paris, CMS Francis Lefebvre Paris, GGV Paris, PDGB Paris) before creating the firm Andreae Associates known for his expertise in Franco-German taxation.
During his career, Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen has specialized in managing the taxation of expatriates and impatriates as well as wealthy individuals in France. Its activity encompasses both “tax advice” and “tax litigation”. Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen has taught law and tax law at several universities and business schools around the world (including Paris I Sorbonne and the University of Bucharest) and has given numerous seminars on French and international taxation. He notably participated in the drafting of Lamy Fiscal.
