The data collected are the following civil status and contact data. Other information and personal data transmitted by the sender of a message on the aforementioned forms are only collected by Arst Avocats if they are provided voluntarily by the sender.

This data may be communicated to the employees of the firm Arst Avocats and its potential partners, in particular responsible for hosting the Site.

Arst Avocats is not intended to transfer the data thus collected outside the European Union.

The persons concerned have a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and right of opposition with regard to information concerning them. They can exercise these rights by sending a letter to the address of the firm's registered office: 8 villa Poirier, 75015 Paris.

Arst Avocats retains the data of persons requesting information or requesting an appointment with a lawyer for a maximum of three years from their collection or the last contact from the person concerned.

The data collected in the context of applications is kept for a maximum period of two years from the last contact with the candidate. In the event of a negative outcome to an application, any candidate may request the destruction of his file.
