Arst Avocats is pleased to announce the arrival of Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen as a partner in its Neuilly-sur-Seine office. He will be in charge of the tax department and, in particular, the development of international taxation (French-German taxation).
Before joining Arst Avocats, Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen began his career in major international firms (Shearman & Sterling San Francisco, Mayer Brown Paris, CMS Francis Lefebvre Paris, GGV Paris, PDGB Paris) before creating the firm Andreae Associates, known for its expertise in Franco-German taxation.
Throughout his career, Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen has specialized in tax management for expatriates and repatriates, as well as high-net-worth individuals in France. His practice encompasses both tax advisory services and tax litigation. Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen has taught law and tax law at several universities and business schools worldwide (including Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the University of Bucharest) and has led numerous seminars on French and international taxation. He also contributed to the Lamy Fiscal tax encyclopedia.
