Track record : Throughout 2021, the firm was particularly active with landlords on a large majority of open deals in the retail sector, including Kidiliz, Célio, France Loisirs, Flunch, and Orchestra Prémaman. Furthermore, the team remained very active in distressed M&A transactions.

Team & Differentiation : Led by Morgan Jamet, the team assists clients in managing their insolvency proceedings and preventative measures. Furthermore, the firm constantly seeks to anticipate their needs in order to help them find external growth opportunities, particularly through court proceedings.

In the area of ​​insolvency law, Arst Avocats assists and advises its clients:
