Master's degree in public law from the University of Panthéon Sorbonne

Before becoming a lawyer more than a decade ago, Bruno acquired a solid knowledge of local and national institutions, and a dual background in public and private law.

He has held various key positions in public institutions, including the National Assembly, the Senate, serving various parliamentary groups, and in a ministry as chief of staff, as well as in the private sector in various companies and consulting firms.

For twenty-seven years, thanks to the trust shown and renewed, multiple mandates were entrusted to him by the voters, allowing him to be successively municipal councillor, mayor, vice-president of department in charge of investments, deputy, to diversify his achievements and to have a multiple, rich, and diverse experience in administrative law and public procurement.

As a lawyer, he now puts his extensive knowledge of the institutional world and local authorities, as well as his seasoned practice in public law, constitutional law, private law and criminal law, at the service of public institutions and large groups contributing to public service missions.
