Before becoming a lawyer, more than a decade ago, Bruno developed a solid knowledge of local and national institutions, and dual training in public and private law.
He has held various key positions within public institutions, notably in the National Assembly, the Senate, in the service of different parliamentary groups, and within a ministry as chief of staff, as well as in the private sector. within different companies and consulting firms.
For twenty-seven years, thanks to a demonstrated and renewed trust, multiple mandates were entrusted to him by the voters, allowing him to be in turn municipal councilor, mayor, vice-president of department in charge of investments , MP, to diversify his skills and to have multiple, rich and diversified experience in administrative law and public procurement.
A lawyer, he now puts his vast knowledge of the institutional world and local authorities, as well as his seasoned practice in public law, constitutional law, private law and criminal law, at the service of public institutions and large groups contributing to the missions of public services.
