Within the framework of relations between the supplier and the distributor or the service provider, the Hamon law has imposed the communication of the general conditions of sale (CGV) no later than 1 December ( Art. L.441-7 of the Code of trade).
The Macron law has restricted the scope of this text insofar as the agreements concluded between a supplier and a wholesaler benefit from a specific regime (Art. L.441-7-1 of the Commercial Code).
