Two decrees are applicable:
- Order of 14 March 2020 concerning various measures relating to the fight against the spread of the covid-19 virus
- Order of 15 March 2020, supplementing the order of 14 March 2020 concerning various measures relating to the fight against the spread of the covid-19 virus
The categories of establishments open to the public that must be closed until April 15, 2020
Auditoriums, conference rooms, meeting rooms, performance venues or multipurpose rooms;
Retail stores and shopping centers, except for their delivery and order collection activities ;
Restaurants and bars, except for their delivery and takeaway activities, “room service” in hotel restaurants and bars and contract catering ;
Dance halls and game rooms;
Libraries, documentation centers;
Exhibition halls;
Indoor sports facilities;
Museums;
Marquees, tents and structures;
Outdoor establishments;
Early childhood centers, educational and training establishments, holiday camps, and day camps are all open, except for those establishments and services that, under conditions designed to prevent the spread of the virus, accommodate children under sixteen years of age whose parents are essential workers involved in managing the health crisis. Accommodation services are also maintained for users who are unable to return home.

Motorcycle and bicycle sales and repair
Supplies needed for agricultural operations
Retail trade of frozen products
General food store
Convenience stores

Hypermarkets
Retail sale of fruit and vegetables in specialized stores
Retail sale of meat and meat products in specialized stores
Retail sale of fish, crustaceans and molluscs in specialized stores
Retail sale of bread, pastries and confectionery in a specialized store
Retail sale of beverages in specialty stores
Other specialty food retail stores
Food distributions provided by charitable organizations
Retail sale of fuels in specialized stores
Retail sale of information and communication equipment in specialized stores
Retail sale of computers, peripheral units and software in specialized stores
Retail sale of telecommunications equipment in specialized stores
Retail sale of building materials, hardware, paints and glass in a specialized store
Retail sale of newspapers and stationery in specialized stores
Retail sale of pharmaceutical products in specialized stores
Retail sale of medical and orthopedic goods in specialized stores
Retail trade of pet food and supplies
Food retail trade via stalls and markets
Vending machines and other retail sales not in stores, stalls or markets n.e.c.
Hotels and similar accommodation
Tourist accommodation and other short-term accommodation when it constitutes a regular residence for the people living there
Campsites and parks for caravans or recreational vehicles when they constitute a regular residence for the people who live there
Rental and leasing of other machinery, equipment and goods
Rental and leasing of agricultural machinery and equipment
Rental and leasing of construction machinery and equipment
Activities of employment placement agencies
Activities of temporary employment agencies
Computer and personal/household goods repair
Computer and communication equipment repair
Computer and peripheral equipment repair
Repair of communication equipment.
Laundry and dry cleaning.
Wholesale laundry and dry cleaning
Retail laundry and dry cleaning
Funeral services
Financial and insurance activities
Places of worship are permitted on the condition that there are no gatherings or meetings of more than 20 people within them, with the exception of funeral ceremonies.
