Order of 2 July 2015 extending an amendment to the national collective agreement for architecture, urban planning and environmental councils (no. 2666)
The provisions of amendment no. 20 of 21 January 2015 relating to the value of the point, to the aforementioned national collective agreement, subject to the application of the provisions of article L. 2241-9 of the labor code which provides that the annual negotiation on wages also aims to define and program the measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men, are made mandatory for all employers and all employees within the scope of the national collective agreement for architecture, urban planning and environmental councils of 24 May 2007.
