Law No. 2015-714 of June 24, 2015, which clarifies the offense of trespassing, amends Article 226-4 of the Penal Code as follows:
Entering or remaining in another person's home by means of trickery, threats, violence, or coercion, except where permitted by law, is punishable by one year of imprisonment and a fine of €15,000.
Remaining in another person's home following the entry mentioned in the first paragraph, except where permitted by law, is punishable by the same penalties.
