Decree No. 2015-655 of 10 June 2015 relating to establishments subject to the obligation to employ disabled workers pursuant to Articles L. 5212-2 and L. 5212-3 of the Labour Code, which entered into force on 14 June following, adds a paragraph to Article R.5212-1 of the Labour Code.
From now on, in companies with multiple establishments, the declaration relating to the obligation to employ disabled employees is drawn up by each establishment whose head has managerial authority including the recruitment and dismissal of staff.
