Law No. 2014-1545 of December 20, 2014, concerning the simplification of business operations, notably authorized the government to take measures to simplify certain declarations.
The ordinance of June 18, 2015, was issued pursuant to this authorization. It includes provisions relating to the "Employment Service Voucher" for businesses, which it extended, as of July 1, 2015 , to businesses with fewer than 20 employees instead of 10. At the same time, the "Employment Voucher for Associations," previously limited to businesses with fewer than 10 employees, is now extended to associations with fewer than 20 employees.
