Under the terms of the decree of March 11, 2015 extending an amendment to the national collective agreement for architecture, town planning and environment councils (no. 2666), the provisions of amendment no. 18 of May 13, 2014 relating to the modification of the mandatory pension plan and portability, to the aforementioned national collective agreement are made mandatory for all employers and all employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement for councils of architecture, town planning and the environment of May 24, 2007.
