The government has issued an ordinance relating to wage portage (ordinance no. 2015-380 of April 2, 2015).
Published in the official journal of April 3, 2015, the ordinance defines wage portage and specifies the conditions for recourse and prohibition of recourse to portage.
In addition, the text determines the nature and specificities of the contracts binding respectively the carried employee and the client company to the carrying company.
Finally, the ordinance provides for the conditions for the exercise of their activity by umbrella companies.
