Departments n° 1 to 19 | May 24, 2022
Departments n° 20 to 54 | May 31, 2022
Departments n° 55 to 976 | June 8, 2022 |
The rule : online declaration
The exception : declaration in paper format.
This option is open to you (without penalties) if:
- You do not have internet in your main residence;
- You live in a white zone (without network);
- You are unable to use the remote declaration service correctly;
- You have explicitly expressed your wish to receive a paper declaration since April 2020.
The plus : declaration via a professional.
In addition to taking care of everything, he will use an EDI platform. This allows, until June 8, to catch up if you forgot to declare before the deadline
If you declare your income late , your tax will be increased by one of the following penalties:
- 10% in the absence of formal notice (ie if the administration sends you a letter asking you to pay);
- 20% in the event of late filing of the declaration within 30 days of the formal notice;
- 40%when the declaration has not been filed within 30 days of receipt of a formal notice;
- Late payment interest may also be applied to you: 0.20% of the tax due per month of delay (i.e. 2.4% over 1 year).
