Mohamed-Ali is driven by a deep passion for law, in all its forms and disciplines.
He primarily practices corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing, for both domestic and international transactions.
He also assists his clients in commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Mohamed-Ali holds a degree in private law and a Master's degree in business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a specialized Master's degree in mergers, acquisitions and business transfers from the School of Advanced Applied Legal Studies (HEAD).
