Aude Radiguet is a litigation legal assistant at ARST Avocats. She supports the firm's lawyers in the day-to-day management of proceedings before civil, commercial, social, criminal and administrative courts.

She participates in the preparation of case files, procedural documents, and evidence necessary for clients' defense. She also ensures adherence to procedural deadlines and the smooth flow of information between lawyers, clients, and various judicial stakeholders.

Preparation and monitoring of procedures

Aude Radiguet is involved in, among other things:

  • the creation and organization of files;
  • the physical preparation of documents and correspondence;
  • the collection, classification and communication of documents;
  • the preparation of the bills of materials;
  • monitoring of hearings and procedural deadlines;
  • exchanges with the courts, correspondent lawyers, bailiffs and other stakeholders;
  • the transmission to clients of information relating to the progress of their case;
  • the preparation of case files for pleading hearings.

She follows the procedures from their opening to their completion, in close coordination with the lawyer in charge of the case.

A point of contact for clients

As part of her work as a legal litigation assistant, Aude Radiguet also serves as a regular point of contact for clients.

She assists them in transmitting the necessary documents, provides them with practical information regarding procedures and helps to ensure clear and responsive follow-up on each case.

Through her knowledge of the functioning of the courts and the methods of the firm, she contributes to the continuity and efficiency of the handling of contentious matters entrusted to ARST Avocats.
